At Ava’s Earcade, I work hard to make sure your new ear candy gets to you safely and as quickly as possible. Here’s the lowdown on how shipping works:
📦 Processing Time
Each order is packed with love (and bubble wrap). Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your package ships. I’ll always try to get your order out faster if I can!

Delivery times depend on the carrier, but typically:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your package like it’s a crush.
📮 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is (unfortunately) out of my control. Ava’s Earcade is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If something goes wrong, please contact the shipping carrier directly—but I’ll always do my best to help if you need guidance.
💌 Shipping Address
Double-check your address before ordering! I can’t replace orders shipped to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
🌎 International Customers
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
