Welcome to Ava’s Earcade! By visiting or shopping on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully (they’re not as scary as they sound, promise 💖).
1. General Use
This website is run by Ava’s Earcade (that’s me 👋). By using this site, you agree to respect all rules, policies, and the general vibe here. Don’t misuse the site, try to hack it, or do anything shady.
2. Products & Availability
Each earring design is handmade/handpicked with care. That means sometimes quantities are limited, colors may vary slightly, or items may sell out quickly (aka: if you see something you love, grab it before someone else does 💨).
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice (because inflation and, ya know, life). Payments are securely processed at checkout—no funny business.
4. Shipping
I ship orders as quickly as possible, but once your package is with the carrier, shipping times are out of my hands. Lost, delayed, or stolen packages must be handled through the shipping carrier, though I’ll always do what I can to help.
5. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery at avasearcade@gmail.com. I’ll work with you to fix it. Full details are in the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, designs, and text on this site belong to Ava’s Earcade (aka me). Please don’t steal them, copy them, or pretend they’re yours—that’s not cool.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ava’s Earcade isn’t responsible for any issues that come from misuse of products (don’t chew your earrings, bestie 🙃). Jewelry is for wearing, not eating.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. By continuing to use this site, you agree to any changes.
